Workshop Focus & Participants (Small Groups - Online Workshop)
Our goal is to improve organizational effectiveness by developing more adaptive leaders and organizations. The focus of this workshop is guided by the Agile Leadership Compass and is delivered across distinct learning modules focused on developing agile leaders to foster healthy organizations and improve business outcomes.
The Leadership Compass
Agile organizations require agile leaders. Therefore, we focus first on developing new thinking and behaviors in the leaders who are then more capable of demonstrating the agile values and co-creating effective change within the organization - leading towards more resilient and effective organizations.
This training consists of 2 parts with 5 modules on 'Agility in Leadership' and another 5 modules on 'Agility on Organisations'.

Format
The training is split into different online small slots throughout the two days. It allows people to go through the material, reflect on their context between sessions and come back with scenarios to be discussed in the group.
Class size
We limit the class size to 4-6 people.
Time
The workshop is held online on Fri, Sat and Sun at 09:00 am and ends at 01:00 pm (CET) for three half-days on the first week and three half-days on the second week. We planned breaks between the modules in the half-days. Many of the participants use this time to reflect, prepare for the next module and have snacks.

About the trainer
Javier is an Agilist with over 12 years of experience with Business Agility and over 19 years of experience in telco, healthcare, banking/financial, betting, educational, retail and transport industries in startups, scale-ups and corporates.
He has supported the successful adoption of LeSS and Sociocracy 3.0 at Derivco Sweden with 70+ people. Has been part of the Agile Transformation at Danske Bank inspired by the Spotify Model with a scope of 4700+ people. Supported a program with 150+ people at Novartis in the journey to scale the ways of working. Currently is enabling an Innovative and Customer-Centric Culture at Sunrise. He will be sharing his experience with these organisations and also previous organisations like Derivco that are following similar approaches to the Agile Leadership Journey.
Javier has trained dozens of teams and hundreds of people for almost 10 years. He is passionate about Lean Software Development, Agile Mindset, Business Agility, unFIX, Agile Leadership, ShiftUp, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Sociocracy, and Teal, with a strong focus on systems thinking and ultimately achieving effectiveness, collaboration and happiness within teams and organisations.
