Agile Journeys (AJ) is the space where I share my experiences as an Agilist for the last ten years. Here, I reflect on different journeys in small startups, mid-size scale-ups and huge corporates. I enjoy using all this know-how and expertise across several industries to support scale-ups to continue their business growth and to overcome all the organisational and cultural challenges that appear in the journey to success.
A bit about myself,
I'm a Social Entrepreneur and Agilist with a background in software engineering. For the last nine years, I've worked as an Agile Coach in various organizations and industries across several countries and continents.
Alongside my coaching work, I've also founded a few social ventures. Currently, I'm primarily focused on Together for Climate.
